Pelco Products, Inc. announced organizational additions for the positions of President and CFO. Steve Parduhn remains as the Chief Executive Officer and promotes Paul Koenig to President. Paul has served as the Director of Sales and Marketing for the past 8 years and will begin his new role effective immediately.

Paul joined Pelco in 2013 as the Director of Business Development for the Traffic Division and after six short months was promoted to Director of Sales and Marketing.

In addition, Pelco announced the hiring of Damon Green as the new Chief Financial Officer, effective June 28, 2021. Green comes to Pelco with more than 10 years of extensive CFO experience in domestic, international, and private equity. He is a financial executive with over 20 years of management experience and success.
Jeff Parduhn will continue with the Company as both Controller and advisor to strengthen the financial and accounting operations. Based in Edmond, OK, Pelco specializes in the innovative design and manufacture of traffic and utility products, selling to all 50 states and multiple international markets. River is a longstanding lower-middle-market private equity firm based in Chattanooga, TN.
