A great way to make this world a better place is to give someone a sense of purpose. That’s why Pelco Products has partnered with Dale Rogers Training Center (DRTC) to give opportunities to those with special needs and make them valuable members of the Pelco team.

April 19, 1995: the day of the Murrah Federal Building bombing in Oklahoma City. Pelco remembers the fallen by joining in the OKC Memorial Marathon annually. Pelco is one of many sponsors for the event and many of our team members run in the event while others volunteer at water stations and cheer on runners.

Neighborhood Alliance of Central Oklahoma is a community organization that helps in crime prevention, safety, homeowners associations, beautification and much more. Pelco enjoys helping this great organization with volunteering and donations. Various Pelco employees have served on the Board of Directors.

Pelco Products is proud to participate in blood drives with the help of the Oklahoma Blood Institute. To make giving more convenient, Pelco opens its facility to OBI staff and allows employees time to donate during work hours.

New View Oklahoma is an organization dedicated to helping those who may be blind or vision impaired. Pelco supports this organization and even partners with New View to test products or to gain feedback on ways Pelco can make its products more friendly to the visually impaired.

Oklahomans come together when there’s a disaster, like the Moore tornado on May 20, 2013, neighbors get together to help each other. Pelco employees were ready to lend a hand by cooking out food and offering aid to those in need.

National Manufacturing Day, MFG DAY, is a special day where manufacturers are celebrated. Pelco sponsors events by hosting schools and vo-techs in our facility so people can learn about careers in manufacturing and the opportunities it presents.

For over 15 years, Pelco has participated and donated to the YMCA annual campaign, which opens doors and activities for families who would not be able to participate. Pelco believes in investing in the future. That’s why we open our doors to students of all ages to teach them about the benefits of manufacturing in America. Students learn about how Pelco and other manufacturers make an impact on the economy and our communities.

The Edmond Chamber of Commerce is Pelco’s hometown chamber. Pelco supports the efforts of the Edmond Chamber by donating the time and talent of its employees to this valuable organization and one of its employees is a board member.

The Oklahoma Business Ethics Consortium is dedicated to, “Promoting Integrity at Work”. Pelco is a sponsor of the Ethics Consortium and works to support this organization by practicing the programs and opportunities sponsored by The Oklahoma Ethics Consortium.

Wings is a fantastic organization located in Pelco’s hometown of Edmond, Oklahoma. One of Pelco’s employees is a board member for Wings; Pelco as a corporation and Wings share a common goal of enhancing the lives of disabled adults. Allied Arts of Oklahoma supports more than 26 nonprofit agencies that are working to support the arts community in central Oklahoma. Pelco supports the artistic community in Oklahoma and holds fundraising drives to support the Allied Arts of Oklahoma’s annual campaign.
