Carol comes to Pelco with impressive credentials in the Quality Assurance field. Carol is a Certified Engineer and Quality Auditor and has over 30 years of quality management experience. Sha also has extensive experience in ISO quality system implementation in both Aerospace and Commericial Manufacturing.

When Donna joined Pelco, she brought with her 23 years of manufacturing experience.  She has worked in Customer Service, Sales, Quality and 12 years as a manufacturing Supervisor on the shop floor.  She now manages the Human Resources Department together with developing and implementing our plant safety programs.

Jeff Parduhn graduated from Oklahoma State with a degree in accounting. He joined Pelco in 1987 and manages the financial aspects of the business and is directing the Lean Manufacturing process.

Lorrie Acord manages Pelco's technical service department which is responsible for drawings, catalogs and sales brochures. Her many years of experience in computer drafting, technical illustration, publishing and advertising add significantly to Pelco's customer service philosophy. She provides creative talent and enthustiac energy to everything she does.

Raeline Tyner's move to Oklahoma was coincident with Pelco's need, four years ago, for an employee to specialize in sales order entry in a new manufacturing control system. A match was made and Raeline has since processed all of our orders.
